How long will it take my glasses to come in?
Once we receive your order, we get to work within the business day to get your frame sent out to the lab to make your custom lenses. You should receive your non-prescription orders within 4-6 business days and your prescription orders within 7-10 business days. There are so many options! How do I know what to choose for my face?

We get it! Picking out your frames can be overwhelming. Thankfully, we LOVE helping you select the best frame and we can share some tips to select the best frame for your face shape here. Still need assistance? Give us a call and we can help over the phone.

How will I know if my glasses fit?

Your frames should feel snug, but not too tight. Your pupils should be mostly centered in the frame, and the lenses shouldn't extend out past your temples. Your cheeks shouldn't move your frame when you smile, and they also shouldn't slide down your nose.

Some frame fit issues can be remedied by a simple adjustment. These would include frames that sit crooked on your face, temples that feel too loose or too tight, and nose pad alignment. Our opticians can easily assess any issues you may have with your frames and we currently offer no-contact adjustments and repairs. Simply give us a call Monday-Friday 10:00am-4:00pm and arrange a time to drop your frames off at our front door. Our team will fix you right up and have you on your way looking and seeing your best!

What's with the sizing numbers? What do they mean?

You'll notice numbers like 54-16-135 listed under sizing information. These refer to the lens width, bridge size, and temple length (in millimeters) respectively. You can find these printed inside one of the temples of your frame. Ideally, you'll want the correct lens width to ensure that your pupils are mostly centered in your frame. We recommend taking a look at your current pair of glasses to have an idea of what size you may need.

Are other sizes available?

Most of our frames (but not all!) do come in several different sizes. If you see a frame that you love, but want to know about other sizes or colors, just reach out to us and let us know! One of our team members will be able to assist you and get you into the perfect frame.

What if my frame doesn't fit me?

No worries! We offer a 30 day exchange or return policy if you are not completely satisfied with your eyeglass purchase. If you are simply unhappy with your frame, let us know right away and we can assist you with re selecting to something you will love.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30 day exchange or return policy. If you are unhappy with your eyeglass purchase. let us know right away and we will assist you with an exchange or a return.

Is there a warranty?

Yes! Every prescription eyeglass package comes with a one year warranty. This does not cover loss or theft, but if your frames break or your lenses scratch, we've got you covered. Simply bring us your broken pair, and we'll replace them within the first 12 months.

Still have questions? Give us a call between 10:00 am-4:00 pm Monday-Friday, or any time through our website contact form, text, or email. We are happy to help!
